xAIML-Spec in XML Schema annotations
XML Schema provides an annotation mechanism for including information in an XML Schema that is intended to be read by humans or by programs. The documentation element is useful for including human-readable documentation. The appinfo element is a general-purpose container for including structured information that may be organized using foreign namespaces. An example of the latter use is the embedding of Schematron information in an XML Schema, resulting in a unified schema document that uses the power of both technologies.[1]
